Constructed of glass-reinforced nylon. High Temperature filter housings are an economical alternative to stainless and carnon steel housings.
These 1/2" NPT housings can withstand temperature up to a maximum of 160°F (71.1°C) while 3/4" housings can withstand temperature up to a maximum of 165°F (73.9° C). Excellent chemical compatibility makes High Temperature housings an ideal choice for a wide variety of industrial applications including those involving organic solvents, sea water, alcohol, petroleum and vegatable oils. They should not be used with ketones.
